naked designed, built and now operates its houses in a sustainable manner, the detail of which you can find in the naked book in your house. We strive to live a simple sustainable life, and if you do too, please consider following these simple steps during your stay:

1. Please do not throw any toilet paper into the toilet as this harms our grey water system
2. No smoking in the house
3. Throw all vegetable and fruit remains into compost bin provided in each house, this gets emptied everyday and will be collected into our large bin
4. Recycle all paper, glass and plastic waste your group produces whilst staying with us by throwing into the recycle bins provided in each house
5. When brushing teeth turn the tap off, don't leave water running.
6. Wash up dishes with bowls of water not rinsing/running water.
7. Keep showers short or shower with a friend!
8. Use only one towel during your stay
9. Please do not litter anywhere in the surrounding areas
10. Do not throw any pollutants into the river or springs
11. Respect the livelihood of the local bamboo plantations and do not harm or remove any cut bamboo on the side of the road
12. Respect the livelihood of the local villagers and keep noise down to a minimum after 21.00
13. As firewood takes longer to renew in the forest, only feed wood into the fire if you are sat by the wood fire ovens and avoid over usage
