In each of the little years (the even numbered years where bamboo is not harvested) we offer a truly unique activity whereby you can get out and go hunt for Bamboo shoots. You find this activity offer you great exercise and a certain sense of childlike enjoyment. After your successful hunt you can take your shoots back and cook them up in your bungalow!
